π Returns
- We double-check every item before dispatch to ensure itβs in perfect condition.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We will verify the issue and arrange a suitable resolution β either replacement or repair, depending on the situation.
- Change of mind is not applicable. We do not accept returns for reasons like dissatisfaction with color, size, or preference after delivery.
- Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged on arrival and reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- We do not offer refunds on any items once sold.
- In case of a verified issue, we offer repair or replacement, as per our policy.
- For products delivered via transport outside Kathmandu Valley, damages caused in transit must be reported immediately and supported with clear photos or video at the time of pickup from the transport office.
